Just over a minute to highlight the importance of protecting oneself from a family of viruses, papilloma, which can cause various cancers, including those of the cervix, vulva, vagina, penis, anus, mouth, and pharynx. This commercial is designed to convince adolescents and young people to get vaccinated against the human papillomavirus, better known as "HPV." The initiative is by the Local Health Authority (ASL) 5 of Oristano to support the vaccination campaign against the virus, coordinated by the Department of Hygiene and Health Prevention, headed by Dr. Maria Valentina Marras. The film was shot in a Public Hygiene Service clinic on Via Carducci in Oristano. The actors, by chance, include some medical directors and healthcare assistants from the same Service, an official from the Workplace Prevention and Safety Service, and a 12-year-old girl. The final sentence of the commercial is significant: "HPV is widespread. Prevention makes the difference. Protect yourself from HPV. Write your tomorrow today." The video was uploaded to the official website of the Oristano Local Health Authority (ASL 5) and to the company's social media channels. This year, the free vaccination campaign against HPV (human papillomavirus) has been extended: not just to girls and boys between 11 and 12 years old, but also to everyone between 13 and 30. "The human papillomavirus is transmitted exclusively through sexual contact," explained Dr. Marras, "it is therefore important that vaccination occurs during adolescence, before sexual activity begins. For this reason, the families of girls and boys between 11 and 12 years old are contacted directly by the Public Health Service, which recommends HPV vaccination in conjunction with other vaccinations recommended for this age group." Vaccination is also strongly recommended for young people up to the age of 30, the age group most affected by HPV-related cancers. This vaccination, along with safe sex, is the only way to protect oneself from this extremely widespread virus. For the 13 to 30 age group, vaccination will be carried out in the Hygiene clinics
