The majority amendment on the reinstatement of Boards of Directors in regional bodies has been withdrawn. The proposal was presented to article 10 of the omnibus law, then moved to article 11 following protests by the opposition who spoke of an "intruder rule" and "ambush".

When the time came for the examination, the minorities again expressed strong opposition, and the leader of the UDC, as well as one of the signatories of the amendment, Giorgio Oppi, said that "at this point we cannot waste any more time, so we eliminate this amendment and move forward, but we ask for maximum speed in the approval of this law ”. Then, he added, the issue will be the subject of a bill that will be presented after the approval of the omnibus. After Oppi's speech, the session was interrupted for a brief majority meeting. Upon returning to the Chamber, the president of the Pais Regional Council communicated the withdrawal of the amendment.
