Green light to the omnibus law with 28 votes in favor and 18 against. Inside there is the change in the budget of 300 million euros announced by the Executive last February, on the occasion of the approval of the technical budget for 2021. The 34 articles include economic and system provisions, such as those defining the implementation of the health care reform, making corrections in line with the Government's annotations. Among the most anticipated allocations, twenty million euros to deal with the damage of the fires that devastated the Oristano in July. Another 18 million were allocated to categories of workers damaged by the economic crisis linked to Covid. For the fight against the blue tongue that spreads in Sardinia, the omnibus reserves over four million, of which three for compensation to the companies that have paid the most for the resurgence, the rest for the purchase of Butox, a repellent to stem the insect vector of the disease and to offset the costs of vaccination prophylaxis. In the health sector, 13 million will arrive for the remuneration of operators active in the vaccination plan and 20 million for Mater Olbia. Almost half a million will be invested in strengthening local medicine, while the funds for the Going Home program will increase to 36 million. Finally, fifteen million are reserved for the airport system in difficulty due to the significantly reduced traffic at the airports during the pandemic. "The law has improved thanks also to the contribution of the opposition", said before the approval the budget councilor Giuseppe Fasolino, "everything is perfectible but I believe that today something good has come out for the Sardinians"
