About thirty companies available to potential young candidates interested in finding employment in the world of catering, entertainment and bathing establishments. The second edition of Talent Day , an event organized by Fipe and Confcommercio Nord Sardegna and sponsored by the Municipality of Olbia, kicks off on 13 April, starting at 9 am, at the Archaeological Museum of Olbia.

To transform passion into a professional opportunity, Talent Day opens with the talk "The talents of our area tell their story", which hosts catering professionals committed to sharing their experiences, from the beginning to success. Among others, the delegate for Gallura of the Italian Sommelier Association, Attilia Medda , the creator of the Macchia liqueur and distillate label, Emilio Rocchino , the president of Federalberghi Sardinia, Paolo Manca , the CEO of Magma events, organizer of the Red Valley Festival, Luca Usai , and cook and TV personality, Gino D'Acampo .

«In a context of complexity in finding personnel, in which there is a lack of highly trained and even medium-skilled figures, Talent Day aims to leverage the motivational drive : to convey to young people what is the benefit that can be drawn from training and from the consequent placement in this sector which allows it to become spearheads», says the president of Fipe Gallura, Marco Mura .

"Talent Day is a tool to bring young people closer to businesses", adds the president of Confcommercio Olbia, Edoardo Oggianu . "Considering the outcome of the last edition, which registered 300 members but only 50 interviews, this year we wanted to involve the city's high schools and some associations, including Sensibilmente Odv, engaged in the integration of autistic people", concluded the representative of Confcommercio, Nino Seu.
