Olbia plans next season, the eighth consecutive season in Serie C. And it does so starting with the coach.
Tomaso Tatti has already started talks to find Roberto Occhiuzzi's replacement. Speaking of which he explains: "The reason why we decided to take different paths is that Roberto wanted to wait for something important, when for me there is nothing more important than Olbia".
No names, for now. "What counts is that it is the right one, that it combines results with good football," explains the sporting director of the whites. “The coach is the first step from which to start again, also because in terms of players we are already starting from an excellent base. As for those expiring in June, we need to talk to some of them to understand if we can continue together".
Buddusò has been confirmed as the venue for the pre-season retreat, which should start around mid-July. And registration – it goes without saying – by 20 June. The fact that the president Alessandro Marino has declared that he wants to listen to the club's takeover proposals "does not mean a disengagement on his part", underlined Tatti.
In short, Olbia goes on. Good news for those who feared the worst and, in general, for the whole Sardinian environment and movement.
