Offshore wind farms in Gallura, dangers for ships: "There is no respect for safety"
High risks for civilian transport, in addition to the issue related to visibility from the coastPer restare aggiornato entra nel nostro canale Whatsapp
Off shore, in Gallura there is something that does not add up. The four maxi floating parks, a few kilometers apart, would make, in periods of greater wind, dangerous if not "lethal" navigation towards the Gallura coasts.
The critical issues identified by the Gallura Coordination in the study of the “navigation safety assessment” of Nurax have meant that the documentation of the second project in the advanced authorization phase, Poseidon, has been classified . No document on the assessment of navigation risks is in fact available.
In Cala Saccaia, the industrial port of Olbia, the turbine components have been stored for a revamping in some location on the unknown island. When the trucks with the load for the wind power leave, there will be a demonstration : "Peaceful", underlines Maria Grazia Demontis, spokesperson for the Gallura Committee. "Even if this does not exclude that we will make ourselves heard".
The final authorizations are still missing, but the four large offshore wind farms are already something very concrete, given that two have passed all the steps up to the environmental impact assessment .
