The eleventh edition of Officine Permanenti, the multidisciplinary festival dedicated this year to Phenomena, returns to Sa Manifattura from November 13th to 15th: everything that is out of the ordinary, surprising, shocking, and inviting reflection. Through seminars, performances, talks, and meetings, the event brings together science, philosophy, art, and technology, offering the public a unique educational and entertainment experience. Among the most anticipated guests is singer Ron, an icon of Italian songwriting, who will receive the Phenomena Award on Saturday, November 15th and meet the public at 11:00 a.m. in the Sala Contemporanea.

The multidisciplinary festival , conceived and directed by Gianni Massa together with the IC association collective, the Cagliari Order of Engineers, the ICS association, the Crespellani Study Center, the Rosselli club, the Figli d'Arte Medas company, and the historic network of partner associations and collectives , is a laboratory for the exchange of technical and humanistic culture, thought and performance. Through seminars, talks, performances, and meetings, the relationship between innovation, communication, society, and creativity is explored.

"This year, we decided to focus on the concept of phenomenon," explains artistic director Gianni Massa, president of IC. "For us, it means everything that breaks the ordinary, shakes up and disrupts continuity, pushing us to explore new meanings. Eleven editions are a significant milestone for an event that combines education, reflection, and moments of relaxation."

For Federico Miscali, president of the Cagliari Order of Engineers, "Officine is a long-awaited event for our profession and an opportunity to open up to civil society. Issues seemingly unrelated to our technical work prove to be central to our daily lives." Maria Sias, president of the ICS Association, emphasizes: "We want to highlight excellence by combining the Nemo Propheta Award and the festival into a single event. This year, too, the winners will be a surprise." The OIC Training School, in collaboration with the festival since its first edition, will once again award the best Engineering Theses and will offer two technical seminars open to all: "Artificial Intelligence and Design. Potential and Recommendations for Use" and "Digital and Collaborative Processes" on Building Information Modeling (BIM) and innovation in shared design.
