A long New Year's Eve to defeat the economic crisis and lend a hand to tour operators and the commercial fabric.
The Municipality and the Alghero Foundation have announced well in advance the program of celebrations that will start on December 8th, with the Christmas village, to end on January 8th. The highlight on 30 and 31 December with the concerts by Lazza and Max Pezzali in the Piazzale della Pace , a new location capable of holding thousands of people.
In between , musical aperitifs, theatrical performances, dance shows and appointments with food and wine .
Today the press conference in the conference room of Lo Quarter, with the mayor Mario Conoci , the president of the Alghero Foundation Andrea Delogu , the Board of Directors of the body that manages the cultural heritage of the territory, the councilor for tourism Alessandro Cocco and Giovanni Pinna director of the Sella & Mosca, major sponsor of the Cap d'Any de l'Alguer events.
Among the guests who will animate an entire month of events, also the Orchestra of Piazza Vittorio (December 18), the Tenores di Bitti and Fabio Concato (December 22), Franca Masu (January 5) and Filippo Graziani (January 7), only to name a few.
