No Sardinian fans at the Pisa stadium. This was decided by a ruling from the Tuscany Regional Administrative Court (TAR) , which rejected the appeal filed by the red and blue club Cagliari Calcio , which sought to overturn the measure prohibiting the sale of tickets to fans residing on the island for the match scheduled for Sunday, March 15, at the Cetilar Arena.

The ban on ticket sales had been imposed in recent days by public safety authorities for public order reasons. The measure was adopted based on assessments by the Sports Event Safety Analysis Committee and the Pisa Police Headquarters.

In its appeal, the Sardinian club argued that there was no historical conflict between the two fan bases and that the incidents that occurred in Pisa in 2023 were limited in scale and did not justify canceling the trip. In support of this argument, the club also emphasized that no violent incidents had been recorded in the last match at the Unipol Domus stadium last December. In its ruling, the Court also emphasized that the decision does not appear "illogical" or without justification, not only in light of past friction but also due to organizational difficulties related to the deployment of security forces , who are also deployed for the Milan-Cortina Paralympic Games, currently underway.

The club expressed disappointment and annoyance at such a strong and broad measure, linked to an alleged "extremely heated" rivalry between the fans. A compromise was not found, so much so that entry with the club's loyalty card was not even granted. The Regional Administrative Court (TAR) has finally scheduled a final hearing on the appeal for April 16th. However, the ban remains in effect for Sunday's match. And Rossoblu fans will have to stay home.
