Three dates in Sardinia for one of the most refined singer-songwriters on the Italian scene. Niccolò Fabi arrives on the island with his new summer tour, following the success of his theater tour for his latest album, "Libertà negli occhi," bringing his music to some of the region's most evocative venues: on July 16th at the Mario Ceroli Theater in Porto Rotondo, on July 17th at the Tharros Amphitheater in Cabras, and on July 18th in Sarroch, at the Villa Siotto.

A musical journey through his new album and his most beloved songs from a career spanning over thirty years, transforming each concert into a meeting between artist and audience. Joining Fabi on stage will be musicians who have long been part of his creative universe: Roberto "Bob" Angelini, Alberto Bianco, and Filippo Cornaglia, accompanied by Cesare Augusto Giorgini and Giulio Cannavale, who were also involved in the production of his latest album.

"Libertà negli occhi," the Roman singer-songwriter's tenth album of original material released on BMG, was born from an unconventional experience: a true artistic residency in a mountain cabin in Val di Sole, far from the usual rhythms of music production. A return to a more essential and shared approach to creation, based on time, listening, and experimentation.

"This album is a gift I wanted to give myself and my traveling companions," Niccolò Fabi said. "It's an adventure, it's a concession to play, especially when adult life and a profession threaten to bury it under a sense of responsibility." A work born from the desire to capture a moment of absolute freedom, that condition in which "freedom crystallizes in a pure, choiceless present, like that of children."

The album's nine tracks combine introspection, sonic exploration, and attention to detail: from "Alba," an opener poised between post-rock, ambient, and electronic music, to "L'amore capita," a tale of mature love built on an emotional crescendo, and "Acqua che scorre," a tribute to nature and the beauty of the essential. There's also space for "Nessuna battaglia," a song dedicated to accepting and listening to one's body, which also began as a call to prevention and research in collaboration with the AIRC Foundation.

The live dimension has always been central to Fabi's journey, and with this tour, he aims to create an experience beyond a simple concert. "Live performances are real opportunities for encounter, reflection, and participation," he says, describing the project that will accompany the singer-songwriter's summer, including historic amphitheaters, open-air arenas, and sunset performances.
