Salvatore Sirigu 's adventure at Nice lasted just four months, with zero appearances under his belt. The goalkeeper from La Caletta had returned to France to compete for ownership with the Polish Bulka, without ever managing to oust his colleague.

Now Sirigu's career will continue in Turkey, at Karamguruk , a team that already has a large colony of Italian footballers in its squad: as many as five. They are the defenders Biraschi and Ceccherini, the midfielders Bertolacci and Paoletti and the attacker Lasagna.

For the Sardinian goalkeeper, this is the twelfth team and the third foreign experience in his career, after those spent in France and Spain.
