Italy will face Germany in the Nations League quarter-finals, after the Azzurri finished second in their group. This is the result of the draw held today in Nyon, Switzerland, which saw the four group winners of League A paired with the runners-up. The quarter-finals will be played with the first leg on Thursday 20 March 2025 in Italy and the return leg three days later in Germany, on Sunday 23 March .

Whoever advances will face the winner of Denmark-Portugal in the single-leg semi-finals, on Wednesday 4 or Thursday 5 June. The final for third place and the trophy will be played on Sunday 8 June . On the other side of the draw are Holland-Spain and Croatia-France.
