A parade of international stars to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Musica sulle Bocche festival, the event created by Enzo Favata that combines music with the evocative locations of Northern Sardinia. From 7 to 31 August, 40 concerts are scheduled, from dawn to dusk, involving 10 Municipalities.

As explained this morning in the press conference at the Chamber of Commerce, the epicenter of the festival is Castelsardo, but the events also touch many other places that enchant the guests . It starts on August 7th with the sunset on the Argentiera beach (Sassari) where Renzo Anzovino's piano will weave musical plots that range from Nordic jazz to soundtracks, from singer-songwriter to improvisation.

In the rich program, the concert of August 22nd in Piazza Santa Maria in Castelsaredo with Bill Laurance, English pianist who played with the band Snarky Puppy (winners of 5 Grammy Awards) is worth highlighting. On August 28th Polaghe hosts Francesco Turrisi, who won a Grammy for best folk album together with Rhiannon Giddens .

Musica sulle Bocche will also touch some locations in Porto Torres (including the island of Asinara), Valledoria, Martis, Bulzi, Tergu and Chiaramonti and will conclude on August 31 with the concert in the Cathedral of Santa Maria in Alghero which will feature the Norwegian duo formed by pianist Andreas Utnem and saxophonist Trygve Seim, winner of the Grammy for best "immersive audio" album with the ensemble Trondheim Solistene.
