Cocaine was offered to a person who had just fallen ill , fully aware of the potentially serious consequences of the act. According to the investigation, Emanuele Ragnedda not only shot and killed Cinzia Pinna, but also allegedly created the conditions for the tragedy by making the drug available to the woman, despite her condition.
The picture of the Conca Entosa crime is becoming more complete (also on the basis of the statements of the suspect himself) and Ragnedda's position is increasingly worsening.
The prosecutor Noemi Mancini's file details the victim's ordeal. She collapsed to the floor in a dramatic state of crisis, witnessed by several people, and was rescued by an ambulance crew. After a slight, perhaps apparent, improvement, she was "hooked" by Emanuele Ragnedda.
Cinzia Pinna was feeling unwell on the evening of September 12th when she got into the car of the businessman from Arzachena in Palau, and the man, according to the investigation, was perfectly aware of this.
Yet Ragnedda allegedly immediately began giving her cocaine . This circumstance (which Ragnedda himself has reportedly confirmed several times) is significantly worsening the prosecution's case.
