The MSC group enters Moby with a minority stake. The Aponte family, owner of MSC Cruises, and the Onorato family have reached an understanding.

MSC puts on the table a capital increase which, according to a note, is aimed "to pay Tirrenia under extraordinary administration".

Money that will allow "the immediate reorganization of the Moby group in the interest of its 6 thousand workers", who a few days ago gathered in yet another garrison in front of the Mise.

The agreement between Moby and MSC comes exactly one week from the deadline of March 31 established by the Court of Milan as the deadline for finding an agreement between the leaders of Moby-Cin and the commissioners of Tirrenia in extraordinary administration and averting a bankruptcy that would have put 6 thousand seafarers at risk.
