In Austin, Texas, Maverick Vinales with Aprilia won the Sprint race of the GP of the Americas, the third round of the MotoGP world championship. Behind him Marc Marquez on the Gresini team Ducati and Jorge Martin on the Pramac Ducati.

Fourth Pedro Acosta with Ktm GasGas. Only eighth was Pecco Bagnaia with the official Ducati. Enea Bastianini is sixth with the second official Ducati.
