Frenchman Fabio Quartararo, riding a Yamaha, took pole position for tomorrow's MotoGP Grand Prix at Jerez, setting a new track record of 1:35.610.

Second and third fastest times for two Ducatis, those of Marc Márquez (+ 0.033) and Francesco Bagnaia (+ 0.145) . Followed by Álex Márquez, Franco Morbidelli and Maverick Viñales. Yamaha had not obtained a pole position since the 2022 Indonesian GP.
