As expected, with 34 votes against and 21 in favor, the Regional Council rejected the center-right's motion of no confidence in Health Councilor Armando Bartolazzi . At the end of the debate, in his reply , the councilor explained that "my dignity as a man is not negotiable."
And he retraced all the points of the motion. Including the phrases that the minority called boutade. Like the self-definition “thunderclap”, «a phrase decontextualized from a speech given a few minutes after my nomination» . And then the passages on the blue tongue and the Businco.
In general, the first signatory of the motion Paolo Truzzu counter-replied, «you have not told us anything about the real problems» .
"In fact, you have already been distrusted by your own majority - Truzzu had said while illustrating the motion -, in the moment we live in, we need an assessor who can instill confidence in the system. The motion was born from this. He may have great merits as a doctor but he is not suitable to be an assessor ".
