Francesco Miscera is 25 years old, Michele Rizzu is only 20. The two talents from the Sassari Conservatory will be in Milan for two prestigious concerts and will also receive the "Iancu Tucarman" scholarship , offered by the Romanian cultural association "Iancu Tucarman & Maria Popa" which every year it rewards deserving young musicians.

The two concerts are the first result of a collaboration agreement that "Canepa" has signed with the FAI - Italian Environment Fund - and Steinway&Sons Italy to enhance the talents of the Sassari high school institute in the Peninsula too.

Miscera and Rizzu will be accompanied by Sinziana Mircea, internationally renowned pianist and Canepa teacher, in two prestigious locations in the Lombard capital. The first of the two events is scheduled for Friday 22 March at 7pm in the Villa Mirabello in Milan , a fifteenth-century building and home to important concerts and chamber music events, as a preview of the FAI Spring Days : the event is already sold out two weeks in advance. The following day, Saturday 23rd at 11.30am, the concert will be repeated in the exclusive Steinway&Sons Flagship Store, the first in Italy, opened last year.

The concert program includes the performance of the Barcarolle op. 116 n°13 by Gabriel Fauré, of the Sonata op. 2 n°3 by Ludwig van Beethoven, of the Prelude op. 6 n°1 by Sergei Bortkiewicz, Franz Liszt's Vallée d'Obermann and the Sonata op. 30 n°4 by Alexandr Nikolaevic Skrjabin. Together with Sinziana Mircea, the Waltz of the Flowers from Pyotr Ilič Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker and the Waltz from Tchaikovsky's The Sleeping Beauty transcribed by Sergej Rachmaninov will be performed.
