Luxury Masterclass tomorrow in Olbia, at the Argonauti Polytechnic: protagonist Michele Salimbeni, who starting at 7 pm will hold a lesson entitled “The evolution of cinematographic language”.

The Roman director, screenwriter and philosopher, who has lived in Paris for almost twenty years, will guide participants on a particular journey, concise but exhaustive and passionate.

The lesson aims to teach the public the meaning of watching a film, how it should be watched through the essential knowledge of the main stages of the history of cinema and its contaminations.

Author and director of “Under the Sky” (2006), “La Lupa” (2020), “L'albero della misericordia” (2023) and “Searching” (2025, shot between the United States and France), Salimbeni has collected awards and mentions at international film festivals.

He also wrote the screenplay for Sergio Citti's film "I magi randagi", based on an original story by Pier Paolo Pasolini, for which he won the Quality Award from the Ministry of Entertainment and earned him nominations for the Golden Globe and the Nastri d'Argento as best Italian screenwriter.
