On Friday, January 10, at 5:00 p.m., the Aula Magna of the Theological Faculty of Sardinia in Cagliari will host the second meeting of a series of conferences that explore human anthropology. The meeting, with the evocative title “'Let us make man' (Gen 1:26): humanity between roots and future”, promises to be a profound and stimulating reflection on the challenges that technological evolution poses to human beings.

Leading the discussion will be Bachisio Bandinu, a Sardinian anthropologist and writer, who will delve into the theme “Man and Technology: between tradition and innovation”. Bandinu, an expert in the field of cultural anthropology, will address the delicate balance between our connection with traditional roots and the impetuous advance of technology, a combination that is at the center of numerous debates today. His analysis, enriched by concrete experiences, will offer food for thought on how man can preserve his identity in a rapidly changing world.

The meeting will be introduced by Don Antonio Pinna, professor emeritus of Sacred Scripture at the Theological Faculty of Sardinia, a prominent figure in the cultural and religious panorama of the island. His presence will offer a theological and spiritual framework that will further enrich the discussion.

Organized by the Theological Faculty of Sardinia, the Sardinia Grandi Eventi Committee and the Suor Giuseppina Nicoli association, the meeting is open to all and offers the opportunity to reflect on the future of man in an era marked by technological innovation.
