Luis Sal's victory in court over Fedez: the rapper's former partner obtains ownership of the successful podcast Muschio Selvaggio. This was established by the Court of Milan which accepted the appeal presented last February 5 by the YouTuber, co-creator together with Fedez of the podcast born in 2019 and broadcast on YouTube. The order of judge Amina Simonetti of 23 February ordered the judicial seizure of the share equal to 50% of the share capital of Muschio Selvaggio srl owned by the Doom company (headed by Annamaria Berrinzaghi, Fedez's mother) and appointed as guardian is the lawyer Michele Centoze.

For Judge Simonetti «it is appropriate that the administrative rights inherent to the shareholding owned by Doom are managed by a third party who can exercise balanced control powers over the management and express the vote at the meeting. The seizure of the shareholding with the appointment of a third party custodian could concretely facilitate, until the merits of the case are defined, the resolution of the stalemate in which the corporate organization finds itself, helping to guarantee the effectiveness of clause 28 of the statute , as desired by the shareholders in question".

The first steps of the story date back to June 2023: after a few episodes in which Luis Sal did not appear in the podcast, Fedez accused him of having abandoned the project following a heated discussion, with a video entitled "What end has Luis done", claiming to carry on the project alone despite having founded a company together, with equal shares, a few weeks earlier. Luis Sal responded with a video that immediately went viral - "Tell the mother, tell the lawyer" - in which he announced to the public that he had to defend himself from the accusations and requests for damages brought against him by Fedez's lawyers.

Now "the provision has decreed that Luis Sal's company has the right to take over the shares of Fedez's company, thus disempowering the latter in the management of the podcast", says Luis Sal's press office. But for Fedez things are not like this: «The provision of the Milan court has not yet decreed anything on the Muschio Selvaggio affair – replies the rapper in a note -. The Milan court did not 'decree' that the shares belonging to Doom should be sold to Sal's company. The order issued is of a precautionary nature and provides for the appointment of a custodian for the shares of the company Muschio Selvaggio srl, owned by Doom. It is in fact important to underline that the case that will decide on the merits of the matter has not yet begun."

«The judge - we further read - established, on the basis of a still summary evaluation, typical of the precautionary phase, that the custodian will manage the Doom shares in the interests of the Muschio Selvaggio srl company, and not in the interests of Luis's company Sal, as requested by the same in his appeal. Consequently, - he concludes - there was no dismissal of Fedez from the management of the podcast, unlike what was stated in the note issued this morning".
