Local development, 15 million from the Region for the recruitment of new professionals
The goal is to put in place a team of professionals to streamline procedures and help municipalities in the most delicate administrative and planning phasesFifteen million in the three -year period, 5 a year, in favor of local development and to support the Unions of Municipalities in closing old spending programs through specialist figures who will also intervene in support of the new programming , including the planning phase.
This is what the Regional Council decided by approving the operational guidelines of the measure provided for by the Stability Law, on the proposal of the councilor for planning and budget, Giuseppe Fasolino.
Conventions will therefore be activated shortly with Gal (Local Action Groups), Universities and other public bodies to provide specialist professionals capable, in fact, of streamlining procedures and providing valid support to Municipalities in the most delicate administrative and planning phases.
"Continuous listening and constant dialogue with the territories represented the key to finding the necessary push to overcome obstacles, with the aim of affecting the future development of Sardinia, aware that only through an effective strategy of accompaniment towards recovery can we fight evils atavistic such as depopulation and the isolation of the territories ”, explained the president of the Region, Christian Solinas.
Yesterday, during the meeting of the Executive Committee, the division of the contribution of 1 million euros was also approved, with a different resolution proposed by the councilor Fasolino, destined for the implementing bodies of the development projects of territorial planning and aimed at compensating the major costs deriving from the extension of the deadlines for the conclusion of the activities related to the emergency from Covid-19. Looking at this latest intervention, 80% (800 thousand euros) was assigned on the basis of the progress of the expenditure of the resources previously assigned, 20% (200 thousand euros) on the basis of the state of implementation of the projects. The two resolutions of the Executive Council which give effect to the measures envisaged by the Stability Law for territorial development follow the agreement of the Regional - Local Authorities Conference of 26 July.
