Life-saving maneuvers and clearing of the airways, a first aid course in Quartu

The appointment is for Saturday 3 September at the headquarters of the volunteer organization in via Cilea 79, where from 9 am citizens will be able to take advantage of the important social initiative.
During the course, free and open to all those who want to participate, you will learn to recognize risk situations and immediately alert 118 or 112 . Furthermore, it will be shown how to correctly perform chest compressions that allow you to save time until help arrives and to know the importance of immediate use of the defibrillator.
After the theoretical part, a space dedicated to questions and answers to then continue with the practical demonstrations with the mannequins, with which you will also learn the maneuvers for clearing the airways.
An important opportunity, therefore, to learn life-saving behaviors and maneuvers .
The course, held by Dr. Cenza Monni , president of "Quartu Soccorso", and by some volunteers, is part of the "Quartu Dorian Festival - third edition", organized by the "Dorian" Cultural Association with the artistic direction of Maestro Cristina Scalas and of Maestro Davide Mocci.
Eight appointments are scheduled, including concerts, book presentations and courses that will take place in various city locations from August to October, under the patronage of the Municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena.
