Laura Boldrini in Sardinia: walk in Alghero and book presentation in Sassari
The former Speaker of the House on the Island, to promote his book "This is not normal"
Laura Boldrini arrives in Sardinia to present her new book in Sassari, entitled "This is not normal" (Chiarelettere) and dedicated to actions and proposals to achieve effective gender equality in Italy as well.
The opportunity, for the parliamentary member of the Democratic Party, to admire the beauties of the island and in particular those of the Riviera del Corallo.
Accompanied by the deputy of the 5-star Movement, Paola Deiana, the former president of the Chamber, was spotted in the historic center of Alghero, where she was able to admire the ancient wall, the towers and other suggestive views.
"It was really a pleasure to be able to organize this visit for Laura Boldrini, a woman of great cultural and human depth. Considering that tonight she will present her book 'This is not normal' in Sassari, I wanted to have her as a guest in my city", Deiana explained.
Before the tour, the two MPs were received by the mayor Mario Conoci.
After Sassari, Boldrini will stop on Saturday 19th in Macomer, Sunday 20th in Olbia and Monday 21st in Cagliari.
