Juventus and the FIGC Public Prosecutor's Office found an agreement, ratified by the Federal Court: the Juventus club negotiated a settlement on the salary maneuver , the second investigative line born of the "Prisma" criminal investigation of the Turin Public Prosecutor's Office.

A fine of 718,000 euros for the club and the renunciation of making appeals on the sentence in the capital gains case . The plea agreement thus crystallizes the -10 and the Serie A championship standings , the ten penalty points are to be considered final.

"Now we can look to the future with greater serenity," commented Gabriele Gravina .

However , the clouds of UEFA are still gathering over the future of Juventus, which could decide to exclude the club from the European cups for the 2023/24 season , eliminating the black and whites from Europe or from the Conference League, depending on what happens in the last day of the championship.

Instead, the position of Andrea Agnelli was removed. The former president did not want to sign the waiver of the appeal due to his personal position on the capital gains case and will therefore go to trial on June 15th .

All the other managers and former Juventus managers have negotiated. The fine will be split between the club and the officers involved.
