The Milan Public Prosecutor's Office has entered in the register of suspects, in view of the investigations, contesting, to varying degrees, forgery and procedural fraud and obstruction of justice, at least two carabinieri in the investigation into the death, in a chase on November 24, of Ramy Elgaml, the 19-year-old Egyptian who was on the scooter, driven by 22-year-old Fares Bouzidi. The carabinieri driver was already registered for road homicide like the 22-year-old.

From what we understand, the investigation is for forgery in relation to the arrest report for resisting arrest for Bouzidi (which did not refer to the impact between the car and the motorbike) and for misdirection, for the alleged deletion of a video of a witness.

As you may recall, the death of the 19-year-old had triggered, in addition to mourning, also protests in the Corvetto neighborhood of Milan , where Ramy lived.
