Thus Francis Kaufmann, the man accused of the double murder of Anastasia Trofimova and her daughter Andromeda in Villa Pamphili , limited himself to answering the Italian prosecutors during a video link from the court in Larissa, Greece.
The 46-year-old therefore availed himself of the right to remain silent in the context of an investigative act requested by the Rome Prosecutor's Office through a European Investigation Order (EIO) at which the local investigating judge was also present.
Meanwhile, a hearing is scheduled for tomorrow before the Greek Court of Appeal which will have to examine the extradition request made by the Italian authorities .
