The investigating judge of Rome has rejected the request to archive the case on the crime of Via Poma .
La Repubblica reports. In the apartment where Simonetta Cesaroni was killed on August 7, 1990, according to the investigating judge of Rome, there were confidential documents of the secret services . This is the thesis of the magistrate Giulia Arcieri who rejected the request for archiving of the Capitoline prosecutor's office.
In particular, the magistrate asks the prosecutors to shed full light on the 007s, on past investigations and also on the famous robbery of Massimo Carminati at the vault of the judicial center in 1999. There are many people that the prosecution will have to hear, old protagonists and others never heard before.
Among them are Carmine Belfiore, former police commissioner of Rome and number two in the police force, and Sergio Costa, former 007 and son-in-law of the then police chief Vincenzo Parisi. All the victim's colleagues and employers will also have to march in the Prosecutor's Office.
