Two young men, aged 17 and 18, were stabbed this morning after 2 a.m. on Viale Camoens, between Sempione Park and the Triennale in Milan.

Police and paramedics arrived on the scene.

The 18-year-old Italian man, wounded in the pelvis and below the ear, was taken to Niguarda Hospital with a red code, underwent immediate surgery and is now hospitalized in the intensive care unit with a critical condition.

The other, a 17-year-old Egyptian, was injured in the head and was taken to the Fatebenefratelli hospital with a green code.

According to initial reconstructions, they were attacked by a small group of young North Africans.
