A boy stabbed his parents and his sixteen-year-old brother during the night in Fano (Pesaro Urbino) .
The attack took place inside the home of a family of Bangladeshi origin, shortly before 4am. The injured are all in hospital in Ancona: the 46-year-old father is in very serious condition, while the 43-year-old mother and the attacker's brother are less worrying .
The stabber, a young man who will turn 21 in a few days , was taken to the police station and arrested on charges of attempted triple homicide.
The family lives in a two-story house on Via XII Settembre, near the station.
According to initial reports, an argument initially broke out between the two brothers , which escalated; then the two parents intervened, attempting to separate their children, but they too were stabbed.
It was reportedly his mother who raised the alarm, but the details of the incident are still unclear. Investigators are working to understand the family dynamics and have also ordered a physical and mental assessment of the twenty-year-old.
