Cocaine, marijuana and hashish , a gun with the serial number erased and around fifty rounds of ammunition : this is what Tony Boy, a 26-year-old rapper born in Padua, very well-known among young people with a million followers on Instagram, had in his home. He was arrested by the State Police in Milan .

The rapper was taken to San Vittore on charges of possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing and illegal weapons, and was reported at large for resisting a public official and receiving stolen goods. Not only that, he also faces charges of unlawful data processing for filming the search and livestreaming the police officers' voices on social media.

The incident occurred yesterday, at 5:00 a.m., when Tony Boy, born Antonio Hueber, the father of a one-year-old girl, was stopped in front of his home in Piazza Ferravilla , in the Città Studi area, sitting in the back seat of a car with a 32-year-old Sudanese friend . A patrol car in the area noticed them and approached to check on them. A small bag of cocaine was found in the back seat of the car. A subsequent search confirmed that the 32-year-old had a drug conviction and so they searched the home, where the rapper began a live video on social media.

"These people are in my house without a warrant," Tony Boy says . "I'll take care of myself, I won't take care of you, but I don't understand why you're in my house," he assures the officers, who ask him to turn off his cell phone. In the house, where the Local Police Dog Unit and the Police Headquarters Dog Unit also intervene, they find approximately 4 grams of cocaine, 8 grams of hashish, a 1-gram bag of marijuana, a precision scale, a 6.35 caliber pistol with its serial number erased, a magazine containing 7 rounds, and 41 other rounds of ammunition of various calibers.

In the end, the 32-year-old was reported at liberty for resisting a public official, while Tony Boy was arrested.
