Three-year-old girl falls off a cliff in the mountains, mountain rescue intervenes

A 3-year-old girl fell off a cliff while walking along the Viel del Pan , the "path of bread", in Canazei , in the Fassa valley, with her parents.

The alarm was raised at around 11.45 by the parents of the little girl .

Alpine rescue intervened with a helicopter: the little girl was recovered and has always remained conscious , to cushion the fall the turf that covers the cliff.

The path where the accident occurred is well known and popular and follows the mountain range that separates the Sella Group from the Marmolada.
