The English footballer's villa in Salò, on Lake Garda , was burgled by a gang of criminals . At least three people, taking advantage of the Leicester legend's absence from Italy last summer, along with his family, forced open a window on Sunday and stole valuable watches, jewelry, and cash. According to initial estimates, the proceeds of the theft are estimated to be around one hundred thousand euros.
The Carabinieri of Salò are now investigating the incident. According to investigators , the gang had been tracking the movements of the 38-year-old striker , his wife, and children and knew they would find the house unguarded.
