Liliana Resinovich , the 63-year-old found dead on January 5 in the park of the former psychiatric hospital in Trieste, took her own life .

This is supported by the appraisal ordered by the Public Prosecutor's Office, carried out by Fulvio Costantinides and the radiologist Fabio Cavalli.

The woman, a former employee of the Region, had disappeared on 14 December 2021. In early January the body was found in two garbage bags .

According to experts it was she, two or three days before that January 5, who put the bags on her head that would have killed her by asphyxiation.

The appraisal has not yet been filed with the Public Prosecutor's Office.
