The 2022-2024 Healthcare Management contract was signed today at Aran. The CGIL (Italian General Confederation of Labour) rejected the agreement.
Starting in March, doctors will receive a pay raise of approximately €491 gross per month for 13 months, partly allocated to increases in their basic salary.
Following certification by the Court of Auditors, Aran has definitively signed the 2022-2024 Contract for the Medical and Healthcare Management Area with the trade unions.
The contract renewal for the National Health Service (NHS) has been definitively concluded, involving 137,000 managers, including 120,000 doctors and 17,000 non-medical healthcare managers.
