The argument began over a disputed parking space in the garage and escalated until a 33-year-old, already known to the police, pulled out a gun and fired two shots at his 36-year-old neighbor . The first shot, due to a malfunction of the weapon, did not hit, as did the second, also thanks to the intervention of a third person.

Thanks to the investigations immediately launched by the Carabinieri of the Poggioreale station and the Poggioreale police station, the 33-year-old was traced to Ponticelli. The gun used for shooting was also recovered, a dog swatter modified to explode real bullets, 8 mm caliber.

The man was arrested for attempted murder, illegal possession of weapons, possession of an illegal weapon, receiving stolen goods, aggravated threats and private violence.
