Since the early hours of this morning, the State Police have been executing a series of precautionary measures against militant opponents under investigation, on various counts, for crimes committed during the national demonstration on January 31, 2026, against the eviction of the Askatasuna social center in Turin.

Some of the individuals targeted by the measures reside outside the Piedmont capital. The order, issued by the Turin investigating judge, provides for precautionary measures such as prison detention, house arrest, residence bans, and daily reporting to the judicial police.
