A 17-year-old boy was injured with at least ten stab wounds last night in a park in Novara, in Piazzale del Valentino.

The police are investigating the incident, after the young man was rescued by 118 and transported to the Maggiore hospital, where he was admitted to intensive care.

He underwent surgery during the night and the prognosis remains reserved. In addition to the stab wounds, the young man also had various bruises.

Investigators are not ruling out any leads for now.
