A two-year-old boy died at the Gemelli hospital in Rome where he had been transported by helicopter in very serious conditions.

According to leaked information, the child was transported to Monterotondo hospital yesterday in code red and in cardiac arrest after ingesting part of a toy.

The police deal with the matter and have to reconstruct the phases of the drama.
