A group of girls just over 15 was reached by a precautionary custody order issued by the investigating judge of the Brescia Juvenile Court.

The accusations, for various reasons, are of beatings, injuries and persecutory acts against a peer and the measures range from foster care in the community to house arrest with permission to go to school.

RECONSTRUCTION - There are a total of seven young women involved, of which three are not attributable because they are under 14 years old. They are held responsible for a brutal and violent assault, which took place last April near the San Polo Park in Brescia, against a girl of the same age, known by the assailants.

At the origin of the story, the acquaintance - unwelcome - by the victim, with the ex-boyfriend of one of the fifteen-year-olds. The investigations, coordinated by the Prosecutor of the Republic of Minors of Brescia and started after the victim was reported, were also conducted by monitoring social networks.

The military ascertained that the girl had long been the recipient of threats and harassment by the group. Everything was often filmed and published on their Instagram profiles by the authors of the attacks who sent the videos via whatsapp to groups of friends.

The girls under house arrest were entrusted to their parents with a prohibition against leaving the house except for contacts with the juvenile social services office and school attendance according to the shortest route.
