They were stopped on a bus, robbed and then attacked by the gang once they got off the bus . One of them, the most seriously injured, was stabbed in the side. This is what happened to three Spanish boys in Milan, on a bus on line 90. The State Police arrested four young Egyptians for the incident, accused of aggravated robbery. The episode occurred on February 22, in Viale Romagna. One of the arrested has also been investigated for aggravated personal injury and possession of a weapon.
The report came at 6 in the morning, when patrol officers intervened following an assault on some young Spaniards who had spent the evening at a disco with other compatriots. On board the bus, headed toward the Lambrate station, the three were confronted by the gang while some people were getting off the vehicle. The robbers had prevented the victims from getting off, robbing them of a necklace and other personal items.
Once they got off the deck, a fight broke out. During the fight, one of the young men, a 22-year-old, was stabbed in the right side. The Mobile Squad officers, thanks to the images from the surveillance cameras and the analysis of social profiles, were able to reconstruct what happened and track down, in Piazzale Loreto, the person who actually committed the stabbing.
Shortly after, the other three suspects were arrested in the area. The measures are part of a series of operations aimed at combating predatory crimes. In fact, over the same weekend, officers from the Bonola Police Station arrested a 22-year-old Egyptian for the robbery of a 70-year-old Italian woman on bus line 80. In addition, officers from the Porta Genova and Scalo Romana Police Stations arrested two young Egyptians, aged 16 and 18, for the robbery of a 16-year-old Italian, from whom they had stolen a jacket and headphones at knifepoint. Two of those arrested are now in the San Vittore prison, while the minor was transferred to the Beccaria juvenile prison.
