"Come, I stabbed my husband." The 34-year-old Kenyan national called the carabinieri for help who attacked the 76-year-old man in their home in Arcore (Monza).

When the military arrived at the scene, they found her husband on the sofa with a deep wound in the center of his chest. Taken to the San Gerardo hospital, he managed to explain that he had quarreled with his wife who, after drinking a lot of alcohol, had hit him with a kitchen knife, recovered by the investigators on the table.

The man is in serious condition but not life threatening. The woman, who tested positive for the alcohol test with a rate of 2.07 g/l, was arrested for attempted murder.
