The wave of bad weather that has hit Italy for days is about to end. Until tomorrow the influence of the cyclonic vortex will be felt, then the high pressure of the Azores will return and then the sun, with some clouds, in Sardinia, in the North and on most of the Tyrrhenian regions, in particular Tuscany and Lazio.
For a few hours the sky remains overcast, with various precipitations.
Showers and local thunderstorms are expected on the Adriatic slopes and the rest of the southern peninsula. Sudden sea trumpets that occasionally may touch land are not ruled out.
But for the whole weekend the high pressure will remain: three days of dry weather, mostly sunny, with dense and widespread fogs over the Po Valley.
The forecasts for today speak of cloudy skies in the north, in the center and some rain also in Sardinia; tomorrow scarce rainfall on the Adriatic regions and strong on Abruzzo and Molise.
On Fridays, sometimes sunny and at the weekend clear skies.
Until midnight today, however, the yellow level alert on the Campidano for hydraulic risk remains. The Flumendosa-Flumineddu and Gallura areas are also in yellow.
As a precaution - informs the Municipality of Cagliari -, "the opening and closing times to the public of the parks and municipal green areas of Cagliari may undergo localized last-minute changes, hand in hand with the evolution of the alert" .
