Chiara Ferragni will donate 200,000 euros to an organization dedicated to supporting women victims of violence . This is what the agreement reached between the influencer, Codacons and the Association of Radio and Television Service Users provides to put an end to any mutual disputes and to promote, more generally, the easing of their respective relationships.

Agreement reached in the context of the investigation by the Milan prosecutor's office for alleged aggravated fraud in the cases of the "Pink Christmas" pandoro and the "Dolci Preziosi" Easter chocolate eggs , in which the influencer is among those under investigation. Codacons, which will revoke the complaint, is the injured party.

As stated in a note from Chiara Ferragni's lawyers, Giuseppe Iannaccone and Marcello Bana, "the agreement marks the dual will of the parties, on the one hand, to close previous disputes and, on the other hand, to look positively to the future, establishing a climate of collaboration and respect with the aim of promoting concrete initiatives and constructive dialogue on social issues of common interest".

The agreement provides for the payment, by Ferragni, of a sum intended to compensate consumers represented by the two associations who had purchased the "Pink Christmas" pandoro , and an additional amount to reimburse the legal costs incurred by the same associations.

Furthermore, "Codacons and the Association of Radio and Television Service Users will contact consumers who contacted the same associations in the next few days to make the compensation available to them."

An integral part of the agreement is the donation of a sum of 200 thousand euros to an organization chosen in agreement by Ferragni and Codacons, "with preference given to initiatives that support women victims of violence" . This, the lawyers underline, because the influencer "has always been sensitive to the issue", while Codacons "is carrying out the project 'Beyond the Silence' to assist and support victims of gender violence in our country and which will conclude with an important national event in which Chiara Ferragni herself will also participate".

The agreement could also have repercussions on the decisions of the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office , which must decide whether or not to send the influencer and his co-defendants to trial with a direct summons or to request the archiving of the investigation closed last October. In essence , the criminal case could close without going any further.
