She was crossing on her bicycle when she was hit by a car . A 15-year-old girl is hospitalized in serious condition after the accident which occurred yesterday late afternoon in Campodarsego (Padua).

The woman driving the car, a Ford, attempted to brake desperately, but was unable to avoid the impact. The young woman's condition immediately appeared worrying.

Traffic on the road was blocked in both directions, the young woman was taken to hospital by air ambulance and her prognosis now remains confidential . The driver tested negative for alcohol.
