Among the three people arrested in the act of crime by the Postal Police of Rome and Lazio for the production and possession of child pornography material there is also a 48-year-old Roman entrepreneur who "exchanged images and videos of his youngest daughter to be admitted to an exclusive child pornography group ". The others are a 26-year-old from Viterbo and a 32-year-old Roman cameraman.

The 48-year-old had already ended up in handcuffs in 2018 for similar events and had just finished serving his sentence. He was intercepted on a messaging platform on which, the police added, "speaking in English, he manifested sexual interest in minors: in order to be included in a subsequent exclusive group for the exchange of child pornography material, declaring that he had two daughters aged 14 and 6, he sent photos depicting minors in underwear ".
