An 84-year-old woman killed and torn to pieces in her home.

Horror in Melzo, in the Milanese area, this morning for the discovery of the body, which is in an advanced state of decomposition and was lying in a bathtub.

The carabinieri investigate the matter and are hearing the relatives of the old woman together with the prosecutor on duty.

The body was found this morning around 10 by a relative who had not heard from her for days and who gave the alarm to 118 and the carabinieri.

The victim had three daughters who did not live with her. The state in which the body was found suggests that the crime took place some time ago.
