A week after the partial collapse of the Generali sign, the Hadid Tower in the CityLife district of Milan reopens. The insurance company, owner of the structure, announced that all the safety measures for the building and the area below have been completed, following the collapse that occurred in the early hours of the morning of Monday 30 June .

Once the emergency situation has ended, the square and the CityLife Shopping District structure have already been reopened to the public . As a next step, once the quality and functionality of the systems has been checked, it will be possible to access the internal spaces of the Hadid Tower again.

Staff will therefore be able to return to work on site starting Tuesday, July 8. Generali has announced that the project for the dismantling of the sign on the Hadid Tower and the related safety plan are being prepared . These activities will be managed by Generali Real Estate according to the "directives of the authorities and ordinary construction site procedures".
