Former Sampdoria president Massimo Ferrero comes out of the San Vittore prison in Milan and goes under house arrest.
This was decided by the Catanzaro review court, accepting the request of the entrepreneur's defenders.
“Great satisfaction for the work done so far, which has ensured that Ferrero can spend the Christmas holidays at home, with his family”, is the comment of the lawyers Luca Ponti and Pina Tenga.
Ferrero ended up in his cell on 6 December for bankruptcy, immediately after he resigned as president of the Sampdoria company.
In the investigation of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Paola (Cosenza) he is under investigation for bankruptcy, including his daughter Vanessa and nephew Giorgio.
In the sights of the prosecutors the collapse of four companies in the hotel, tourism and cinema sector based in the province of Cosenza. The companies were declared bankrupt a few years ago.
